Refund

A SOS Animal – Portugal occasionally organizes fundraising events. Tickets may be sold for these events. Refunds or exchanges of tickets for such events – even when sold through another entity, such as a website or electronic ticket sales platform – are managed directly by SOS Animal – Portugal.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, SOS Animal – Portugal will offer the respective exchange for the new date or refund of the value of the ticket(s).

SOS Animal – Portugal will provide a refund of the face value of the ticket(s) as long as they are returned to SOS Animal – Portugal at least 72 hours in advance of the date and time of the event. Tickets canceled within 72 hours will not be refunded. Any costs incurred in providing a refund will be deducted from the respective value of the ticket(s). Any fees associated with a ticket purchase are non-refundable.

When considering requesting a refund, please bear in mind that SOS Animal – Portugal is a non-profit organization and that the revenue from tickets sold for events is always to raise essential funds for its maintenance and that of the animals it supports.
