Unfortunately we do not have a rescue team or an animal shelter, so we ask that you contact the competent authorities, following the steps

It is essential to report situations of abandonment, mistreatment, negligence or risk.

01. CONTACT BY EMAIL

Taking into account the location of the animal, send an email as quickly as possible with a description of the case, exact address, if possible information about the criminal(s), inform if you wish to remain anonymous and attach images/videos that prove the allegations (if you cannot obtain images, inform this in the email), to the following contacts, all at the same time.

The last 4 contacts will be available on the City Council website.

02. PHONE CONTACT

After making contact by email, please proceed with telephone contact. Inform them that you have sent an email to all of the entities above, and demand immediate action

If the animal is in need of veterinary assistance, do not leave it in agony! Go to the nearest veterinary clinic or hospital and ask for help. Note that these are private entities: if you do not have the financial resources to pay the expenses, there are ways to do so, requiring persistence and courage: publicize and collect funds on social media and from friends, colleagues and family.

Be sure to complete Step 1, which is proof of how you have contacted all entities with legal authority to provide assistance!
